The Leader Compass Camp Experience (LCCE) provides opportunities for college students to engage in a field experience at a U.S. summer camp, earning college credits and gaining valuable leadership experience. In addition, LCCE provides U.S. camps with trained, committed students who bring knowledge, enthusiasm, and international perspectives to their camp programs.
The Leader Compass Global Experience (LCGE) provides opportunities for individuals to engage in both field and service experiences abroad, with a focus on leadership development and cultural exchange. Through both short and long-term experiences, participants immerse themselves in another culture while gaining valuable leadership and professional skills.
Through the Leader Campus, we provide leadership and professional development training for our program participants, as well as other groups and organizations. Combining self-assessment, theory, and skills development, participants in the Leader Campus will explore and develop their own leadership potential. We also customize the Leader Campus to best serve the unique needs of groups or organizations, through both live and on-line sessions.
