The Leader Compass Camp Experience (LCCE) is an educational, leadership development program that engages college students and young adults in a field experience within a camp setting. As a participant in LCCE, you’ll have the opportunity to:
You’ll develop your leadership potential through our dynamic, interactive training program, the Leader Campus. You’ll go on to put your leadership skills to practice as a leader at a U.S. summer camp.

In addition to gaining great experience, you will earn college credits. You may take credit through your own academic institution, or enroll in field experience credits through our program. Our credits can be transferred to your college or university to meet elective or major requirements.
