Complete on-line application form
Click “Apply Now” at the bottom of this page to get started. The application will take approximately 45 minutes to complete. You will be able to change or update your application form at a later time with the use of a username and password issued by the Leader Compass.
Attach passport-sized photograph
After you have completed the on-line application form, you will be asked to upload one passport-sized photograph of yourself. You will have the option to attach up to five additional photographs as well. If you have difficulty attaching your photo(s), please e-mail them to abalongo@leadercompass.org.
Submit two reference forms
Those listed as your references will be sent the reference form electronically. You will also receive the reference form electronically. It is your responsibility to ensure that the completed reference forms are submitted by your designated references within ten days.
Interview
Upon completion of all application requirements, including the on-line application form, passport-sized photograph, and two reference forms, we will contact you to set-up an interview. Whenever possible, we will arrange a face to face interview session. If a face to face interview is not possible, we will arrange a phone interview.
