Participants in the Leader Compass Camp Experience (LCCE) engage in a dynamic 20-hour training program called the Leader Campus. The Leader Campus is designed to help you explore leadership theories, as well as discover and develop your own leadership potential. No matter what field of study or career you are pursuing, this leadership development experience will be beneficial for you!

The Leader Campus also provides training to prepare you for your experience at camp, including important topics concerning youth development and youth work.

The Leader Campus utilizes both live and on-line training sessions to better serve students across the United States.

The Leader Compass leadership development model, supported by our key values, provides the framework for the Leader Campus training program.
