The program fee includes:
- International airfare b/t New York and Nairobi, Kenya
- All in-country transportation in Kenya

The program fee does not include:
- Domestic airfare b/t home city and New York
- Airport taxes
- Bottled water and snacks
- Passport and Kenyan Visa
- Immunizations
- Souvenirs and personal purchases
- Telephone and calling cards
- Tuition for course credits (optional)
We recommend participants bring between $150-300 in spending money to cover incidentals, such as snacks, souvenirs, and other personal purchases.
If you must withdraw from the program, we require notification in writing (email is acceptable) and will calculate your refund according to the date we receive your notification.
Before March 30, all but $500 deposit is refundable.
Before May 15, all but $1,500 is refundable. On or after May 15, program fees are nonrefundable.
